Mack the Knife

Originally, a German song from an opera in 1928,
based on an anti-hero, who commits murder, rape, robberie and arson.

Over time, many artists have covered it in brilliant ways,
as the music and lyrics have evolved over time.

The Original German version (1928)
(Die Moritat von Mackie Messer):

Louis Armstrong (1956)
(one of my favorites)

Bobby Darin (1959)

Ella Fitzgerald (1960)

The Doors (1968)

Nick Cave (1995)

So how can Mack the Knife be portrayed visually?
My brain itches with curiousity...
